Return and Refund Policy for Workshops

  1. Mosaic Art Studio uses a ticket model for sales. (similar to cinema, plane or concert tickets.)
  2. We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please reach out to us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  3. A cancellation must be made at least 168 hours (7 days) before the event start time to be eligible for a full refund.
    If the guest cancels between 168 to 120 hours (7 days to 5 days) before the event, the host may collect a maximum of 50% of the booking fee as an administrative fee.
    It is non-refundable when the cancellation is made less than 120 hours (5 days) before the event. (including pop-up workshop)
  4. Refund Process: If you pay by credit card or PayPal, we will void your payment authorization, and no fees will be charged. If you have paid by bank transfer, we will refund your bank account in 10 working days.
  5. We suggest you check your bank statements to confirm you have received a refund.
  6. Don't hesitate to get in touch with your banks or us if you have encountered any payment issues
  7. A reschedule must be made at least 48 hours before the event starts. We will charge a 35 CAD/per person handling fee for rescheduling made less than 48 hours before the scheduled event start time. It can be paid in cash during the workshop.
  8. No refunds on the day of your class. You may change to a lower-priced item at any time before the workshop date. 
    Orders placed incorrectly, including mistakenly added bookings, are not eligible for refunds on the day of your class. Customers are responsible for reviewing their orders before completing the purchase.
  9. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late are considered no-shows. Entry is not guaranteed, as instructors may decline late participants and there may be insufficient time to complete the artwork. Rescheduling will require a fee.

Return and Refund Policy for DIY Home Kits and Products

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  1. Defective or Damaged Products:
    • If you receive a defective or damaged DIY home kit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or full refund upon verification of the defect or damage.
  2. Incorrect Items:
    • If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.

Non-Eligible Reasons for Returns and Refunds

  1. Change of Mind:
    • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for DIY home kits if you change your mind or the recipient does not want the gift. This policy is in place to ensure the quality and integrity of our products.
  2. Dislike of the Product:
    • Returns and refunds are not permitted if the recipient does not like the product after receiving it. We encourage customers to review product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing.
  3. Mistakenly Added Products or Booking Errors:
    • Orders placed incorrectly, including mistakenly added products or booking errors, are not eligible for returns or refunds. Customers are responsible for reviewing their orders before completing the purchase.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us:
    • For eligible returns, contact our customer service team at winnipeg@mosaicartstudio.ca within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
  2. Return Authorization:
    • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.
  3. Shipping Costs:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  4. Refunds:
    • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
